Summer House – Las Vegas
Located in the new and luxurious Durango Casino & Resort in Las Vegas, Summer House brings sunshine all year round. Warm, laid-back West Coast vibes fill the restaurant, complete with beach house décor, retractable glass doors across the dining room, outdoor water features, lush greenery and more. Summer House offers an indoor and outdoor space for lunch and dinner.
The California-inspired menu from Chef Ben Goodnick highlights seasonal specialties made from scratch with locally sourced produce and fresh ingredients, along with market-driven pasta, artisan pizzas, antipasti, and more. The Market inside the restaurant will offer food and beverage items to go, featuring famously oversized cookies, bars, and other sweet specials. Light and refreshing cocktails pair beautifully with the seasonal menu alongside the star of the show, Summer House’s Rosé Cart and the restaurant’s own signature private-label Summer House Rosé at the helm.
