Note: Effective November 1, 2022 Lettuce Entertain You Gift Cards will not be available for purchase at Maggiano’s locations. Effective April 16, 2023 Lettuce Gift Cards and Holiday Bonus Cards will no longer be accepted as payment at Maggiano’s restaurants.

For the past several years, we have offered our classic, dark green, plastic Lettuce Gift Card.





We are now offering our new, proudly plastic-free gift card, printed on FSCⓇ certified paper that uses a minimum of 30% post consumer fiber processing that helps save trees, water and energy, and prevent greenhouse gas emissions.

For security purposes, the new Lettuce Gift Card now features a PIN that will be used FOR ONLINE REDEMPTION ONLY. There will never be a need for you to use your PIN when dining-in at a Lettuce restaurant.

Lettuce Gift Cards never expire and there are no maintenance or non-usage fees.

Yes. You may use multiple gift cards to pay for your bill. Please note - a maximum of five (5) gift cards may be used on each online delivery or pick-up order placed through Lettuce.com, the LettuceEats app, or official Lettuce Entertain You restaurant websites, and a maximum of $1,000 may be applied to final payments of contracted events or catering orders.

Please protect your Gift Card like cash because it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Yes. Please allow up to 48 hours for points to post to your account. Frequent Diner Points are issued when Gift Cards are purchased, but not when they are redeemed. Only the person purchasing the Gift Card is eligible for Frequent Diner Points.* Please note: During the Holiday Bonus promotion, Frequent Diners may choose either Frequent Diner points OR the Holiday Bonus certificate. When ordering classic Gift Cards, you can choose to receive points or the Holiday Bonus. When ordering eGift Cards, the eHoliday Bonus is automatically awarded. Please email gc@lettuce.com if you would prefer points.

Lettuce Gift Cards will be accepted for payments of private parties and catering events up to $1,000. Gift Cards cannot be used towards deposits but for final payment only.

Download the latest version of the LettuceEats App and log into your Frequent Diner account to access the add to app feature, and follow the steps below.

• Tap the “Gift Card” tab


• Tap the “Add” button at the bottom


• Type the 16-digit number found on the classic or eGift Card
  
  
  
  • Note: If you received an eGift Card, open the email, click “view my eCard,” enter your email address, and the 16-digit number will appear for you to copy and paste into the app
  
  
  
  


• Tap “Add Card”


• Once it is is added, tap on the card to view the balance and transaction history


• To add more gift cards, tap the “Add” button at the bottom


• To see all of your stored gift cards, tap the “Gift Card” tab again

Lettuce Gift Cards are valid on delivery orders placed through Lettuce.com, the LettuceEats app, and official Lettuce Entertain You restaurant websites. Gift Cards can cover order subtotal, service fees, delivery fees. Gift Cards do not cover driver/staff tips. You may redeem a maximum of five (5) gift cards per transaction.

Lettuce Gift Cards are not valid on any orders placed through a third party delivery service, including but not limited to Caviar, DoorDash, GrubHub, UberEats, ChowNow, Tock or Postmates.

We ship all of our Gift Cards via UPS. You will receive an email with your UPS tracking number once your order has been shipped. We ship to any street address in the 50 states. We do not ship internationally.

A Lettuce Gift Card or Holiday Bonus can be added under the wallet tab of the LettuceEats app. Tap “view all or add new” button which will take you to another prompt to “Add A Gift Card” then enter the 16 digit Gift Card number and PIN if applicable and click save card.

No, our paper gift certificates will need to be physically present at the time of payment.

No, you will need to manually enter the 16 digit number to the app to store it there.

To remove a Gift Card you’ll go to the wallet tab and click on the Gift Card that you’d like to remove. Scroll to the bottom until you see the red button that says delete. Once you click the button it will ask you to confirm that you’d like to delete the card.

1. Open your LettuceEats app.


2. Click the “Wallet” at the bottom of the screen.


3. Scroll down to the “Gift Cards and Certificates” section 


4. You will see your new Virtual Card at the front of the list. 


5. Tap the new Virtual Gift Card to merge your cards. Please note: If you do not have any previously saved Gift Cards, you will see the options to add Gift Cards here.


6. Tap “Merge Your Gift Cards” and select the Gift Cards that you would like to merge and tap “Merge”


7. You will now have a newly created Virtual Gift Card with a unique 16 digit number for that card

1. Open your LettuceEats app.


2. Click the “Wallet” at the bottom of the screen.


3. Scroll down to the “Gift Cards and Certificates” section and tap the caret to navigate to the “Gift Cards and Certificates” screen


4. Tap “Add Gift Card or Certificate”


5. Type in your Gift Card’s 16 digit number and, if applicable, 8 digit pin (located on the back of your Gift Card).


6. Tap “Confirm Merge” to add your card into your Virtual Gift Card


7. If you had previously created your Virtual Gift Card, your new card will be added to that Virtual Card. If you are creating your Virtual Gift Card, you will be given a new 16 digit sequence number with the combined balances.

Make sure your LettuceEats app is updated to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play Store, then log into your Frequent Diner Account

To check if you are on the latest version of the app, go to your profile by clicking your name at the top left, scroll down to the bottom of your screen to view the version of the app you are currently on.

No, the Gift Card merge feature is only available through the LettuceEats app.

No, once you merge Gift Cards, the original number sequence for each individual Gift Card will no longer exist. You will be able to see which sequence numbers were merged into your Virtual Card in your “Merged Card’ history on your Virtual Card. You must use the new Virtual Card number for all purchases going forward.

If you tap your new Virtual Gift Card on the Wallet screen, you will see a “Card Details” section. There, you can see the history of the Virtual Card and the history and the 16 digit numbers for all of the cards that were merged into the Virtual Card.

There is no limit to the number of cards you can merge, as long as the combined total balance does not exceed $2,000.

No, you can only have one Virtual Gift Card on your app.

No, not at this time.

Once a Gift Card is merged into your Virtual Gift Card, it cannot be unmerged or separated. If you believe there was an error while merging, please contact our Guest Services team for support at gc@lettuce.com or call 773-878-7340.

No, only the green Lettuce Gift Card balances are able to be merged in the app.

Yes, your Virtual Gift Card can be used at all Lettuce Entertain You locations, just like a physical Gift Card.

Yes, you can merge both physical and digital e-Gift Cards into your Virtual Gift Card in the LettuceEats app.

Yes. We offer discounted pricing on Gift Card orders starting at $1,000.

• $25,000 and up 15%

Please Note: Discounts may be awarded in additional gift cards or in a dollar amount off of your total purchase. Discounted pricing is only available by contacting us at the Lettuce Corporate Office. Discounts are not available at the restaurants or online. Please email gc@leye.com for more information.

No. Orders that receive a discount are not eligible to receive Frequent Diner Points or Holiday Bonus.

Online delivery and pick-up orders must be placed through Lettuce.com or the LettuceEats app in order to use your Lettuce Gift Card as payment.

Not at this time. The full balance of your gift card will be applied to your order.

Yes. You may redeem up to five (5) Lettuce Gift Cards per order.

Yes. You will be prompted to use your Rewards Dollars first. Then, if you have a balance due, you may apply your Lettuce Gift Card(s).

No, these are not accepted through our online ordering system, although we do encourage you to redeem them when dining in-person..

The Holiday Bonus is a complimentary certificate that is awarded for every $100 in Lettuce Gift Cards purchased November 1st through December 30th. Because it is a promotional certificate and not a cash gift card, it does have some provisions for use.

Yes, you can use multiple Holiday Bonus certificates at one time. Holiday Bonus certificates can also be used in conjunction with Lettuce Entertain You Gift Cards.

The Holiday Bonus is a promotional certificate that can only be used between January 2nd – April 15th every year. Cards from previous years will always be accepted during this Holiday Bonus redemption time frame, regardless of the year listed. We no longer require extension stickers.

No. Frequent Diners may choose either Frequent Diner Points or the Holiday Bonus certificate. When ordering eGift Cards, the eHoliday Bonus is automatically awarded. Please call us at 888-884-4438 if you prefer points instead of the eHoliday Bonus.

On the right side or back of your paper gift certificate, there is a two-letter code followed by a number. Using this information, please read below to determine what type of paper certificate you have.

CP/AP = Complimentary Certificates These certificates will only be honored by the restaurant printed on the front. If your certificate has an expiration date printed on it, it would be at the discretion of the individual restaurant to accept it.

ZZ = Holiday Bonus certificates These certificates are only valid January 2 - April 15. We are happy to accept your old Holiday Bonus any year during this redemption period.

LL, FF, VV, OO, or JJ = Cash Certificates These certificates are considered cash and will be honored by all of the Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants without restrictions. Although these certificates are the precursor to our plastic gift cards, and have no expiration, they will not hold a balance and must be used in full.

Yes. Please mail your certificate to our corporate office, and we can exchange it for a general Lettuce Entertain You certificate that can be used at any of our restaurants.
