Tokyo Last Call X Three Dots and a Dash + House of Suntory

Tokyo Last Call immersive cocktail experience at Sub 51 hosted by Three Dots and a Dash and House of SuntoryIn an intimate subterranean lounge at 51 W. Hubbard Street, Three Dots and a Dash Beverage Director Kevin Beary and Bar Manager Scott Kitsmiller have curated Tokyo Last Call, an immersive cocktail experience designed to transport guests to Tokyo’s vibrant cocktail scene without leaving Chicago. Inspired by Japan’s popular “listening bars,” every Thursday-Saturday in April, bartenders from four legendary Japanese cocktail spots—Brooklyn’s Bar Goto (April 4-6), Manhattan’s Katana Kitten (April 11-13), and Tokyo’s Bar TRENCH (April 18-20) and SG Club (April 25-27)—will serve a menu of exclusive cocktails while a retro-style jukebox spins perfectly crafted playlists of both modern and vintage vinyl. Reservations are highly recommended, with other seating available first-come, first-served.

Join Kate Perry, rum expert and La Maison & Velier’s National Brand ambassador, for an interactive tasting of the Hampden 8 Marks Collection from the celebrated Jamaican rum distillery Hampden Estate. The tasting offers a welcome cocktail followed by eight rum variants and will cover differences in raw material and process combinations that produced them. This tasting offers the chance to fully understand the incredible diversity of the eight marks of this Jamaican rum. The ticket price includes an unopened limited edition tasting set for you to take home consisting of eight 200ml bottles, one of each unique mark, in a signature display box. Tickets are $180 per person, plus tax and 18% gratuity.
