Lettuce-Exclusive Sips
A toast to our private label drinks
Every Lettuce restaurant has its own personality, so it’s only natural that a few equally unique cocktails, spirits, wines and more have been created in homage to our one-of-a-kind menus and dining experiences. Discover a few of the private label drinks available only at some of your favorite Lettuce restaurants. They’re our very own “special sauce”!
Sake-san at Sushi-san, The Omakase Room at Sushi-san and Ramen-san
Sake-san is a private-label sake that is the result of a collaboration between Lettuce’s San restaurants, including Sake Sommelier Daniel Bennett, and Daimon Brewery in Chicago’s “sister city,” Osaka, Japan. ’71 Haze Lager at R.J. Grunts
Spiteful Brewing and R.J. Grunts teamed up to create this unfiltered, thirst-quenching lager, which is a nod to the “hazy” memories of the 1970s and specifically 1971, the year Lettuce Entertain You burst onto the Chicago scene with the opening of its first restaurant. The full-bodied beer pairs perfectly with the O.G. Lettuce spot’s classic American eats and nostalgic vibes.
