Celebrate the flavors of fall at Wildfire’s Oktoberfest Beer Dinner in Lincolnshire, Oak Brook, Schaumburg and Glenview featuring a custom four-course German-inspired menu paired with Great Lakes Brewing Co. beers. Each evening begins with House Made Pretzel & Oktoberfest Potato Stacks paired with Dortmunder Gold Lager, whose smooth, balanced malt character perfectly complements the warm pretzel and savory sausage, followed by Jägerschnitzel paired with Great Lakes Oktoberfest, a rich, malty lager that enhances the crispy pork cutlet and earthy hunter’s sauce.
